Sexual Harassment Prevention

This training provides a clear and practical overview of sexual harassment prevention in the workplace. Attendees will learn what constitutes sexual harassment, including key legal concepts and examples, as well as the distinctions between quid pro quo and hostile work environment harassment. The training covers strategies for prevention, reporting and investigation, and outlines the responsibilities of supervisors, HR and employees. Participants will receive guidance on maintaining compliance with anti-harassment policies, responding appropriately to complaints and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.
